- Fitness Requirement The Kashmir Great Lakes Trek is a high-altitude trek. Participants must be physically fit and prepared for long walking hours in mountainous terrain. Our team reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who is not physically capable of completing the trek safely.
- Valid Identification All trekkers must carry a valid government-issued ID during the trek. Foreign nationals may also be required to carry passport details and necessary permits if applicable.
- Weather and Natural Conditions Weather conditions in the Himalayas can change rapidly. Trek itineraries may be modified due to weather conditions, landslides, or safety reasons. The decision of the trek leader will be final in such situations & in case of extra day 2500 INR will be charged Extra.
- Personal Responsibility Trekkers are responsible for their personal belongings during the trek. Our company will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
- Safety and Discipline All participants must follow the instructions of the trek leader and support staff. Any behaviour that puts other trekkers or staff at risk may lead to removal from the trek without refund.
- Environmental Responsibility Trekkers must respect the natural environment of the Himalayan region. Littering, damaging flora, or disturbing wildlife is strictly prohibited during the trek.
- Medical Conditions Participants must inform the company about any existing medical conditions before the trek. Carrying personal medicines is highly recommended.
- Booking Confirmation Your seat on the trek is confirmed only after the required advance payment is received by our company. The remaining balance must be paid before the trek departure date or at the time specified during booking
